It’s a good hot pot experience. The soup base is very delicious with strong flavor. We ordered the mala and tomato soup. Recommend to order one or two soup base only. Otherwise, the size of each part would become very small and not convenient to cook the food. The meat is also interesting here. The beef dice is super. The sauce & snack corner is clean and tidy. Free ice cream is always offered by the staff. The staff is also friendly and efficient.

The collagen steamboat is famous and good to try. Generally, the broth is quite good and special, ingredients are fresh. Services are not as attentive and condiments are quite limited as compared to some other premium steamboat venue. Pricing is quite steep.

Great atmosphere with very nice soup base. The soup is rich in flavors and thick. Highly recommend collagen soup. The Staff here were all extremely friendly, polite and helpful. The food portion was just nice for us. And pricing is reasonable. Overall 5/5 for atmosphere, staff friendlyness, food, pricing.

I had an individual lunch set. It was great value with US beef (or other meat options), meatballs and a good selection of veggies and mushrooms. The food was fresh and the signature collagen soul was so good! The condiments buffet was complimentary because of the set. I liked the dipping sauce recipes. There was also a decent selection of sides and fruit and even ice cream and a lime juice granita at the end of the meal. Service was attentive and friendly. A lovely lunch!

First time at Beauty in the Pot finally. Always at other hotpot restaurants but never here. Food is good. Came to the Vivocity outlet between meal times. Quiet and comfortable atmosphere. Ordered the New Slimming Spicy Beef Tallow Pot and the Signature Collagen Soup Base. The Slimming Beef soup base is thick and fragrant. “Slimming” was an attraction for the ladies!

Went on 22 Dec for a family dinner and they were relatively crowded but food still came pretty quickly. Soup was good and food was fresh. Always spring for the herbal and collagen soup.
